Call on Monday to have several furniture pieces removed from my house, they came Tuesday morning (on time) and got straight to work. Very quick and professional. Will call them again when I need to dump things

One call. One invoice in email. And the 20yd dumpster (8′ W x 16′ L x 5′ H) I rented was dropped off in my driveway. 5 days later, I emailed to schedule pick up and the next day the dumpster was gone. Couldn’t be any easier!!

I was cleaning out an old house for an elderly owner and needed to find a good junk removal company. After getting a few quotes from companies I found on Yelp, I decided to go with Oahu Dump Run, and I am so happy that I did! They offered not only affordable pricing but also excellent customer service and very fast & efficient removal. Three crew, Roy, Ted, and Scott were professional, empathetic, hardworking, and very pleasant. We were amazed by how much they were able to fit in only two loads. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient & friendly junk removal company.

I had a lifetime of accumulated junk and these these guys like magic made it disappear. They’re real pros, and made short work of it. I had bagged up a whole crapload of water-damaged items, and was only focused on getting rid of that. I had been trying to visualize what could fit in the dimensions I had been quoted, but badly misjudged. When I realized how much more could fit in the truck, I started scrambling to throw more stuff on the pile. The crew was so patient and helpful through this whole process. It was stressful but oddly freeing to have to decide on the fly what was crap and what was worth keeping. If you’re like me and have been living in and around stuff that you’ve never used once but *might* one day need but that day never fricken came, maybe give these guys a call? Because every step of the way they will treat you right.

They deserve 10 STARS Competitive price and affordable! I’m immensely pleased with the service Oahu Dump Run provided. A dear friend of mine unexpectedly passed away and I’ve been clearing out her 2bd/2bath apartment. I called and spoke to Lei who met up with me at the location the very next morning Thurs 11/12/2020 to assess the work and give me an estimate. The following day, a three man crew showed up to do the job. I wish I had called them for the first phase of this project. They performed the work with precision and care! They showed up prepared with dolly equipment and with all the tools of their trade. They also wore masks!!!! Phase one, I had regretfully hired another junk removal company from Kailua a few weeks earlier and they cleared out only the living room and charged me double and an outrageous amount and their one truck wasn’t even filled up in a way that would benefit the customer. After all, customers are charged by the truck volume! Phase two, Oahu Dump Run showed up on time. They even called twice 15 – 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to let me know they’re on their way. The crew was STRONG, friendly, professional, efficient, meticulous, methodical, organized and extremely coordinated in how they worked together and how they packed up everything (furniture etc) so that there was no empty space or air pockets in the truck. It was impressive work making everything fit snuggly like a game of Tetris. They put me the customer first by ensuring that the truck volume was maximized to benefit the customer. They cleared out 2 bedrooms, a patio and much much more for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. And generously helped me load more trash into my personal truck! This is a company that undoubtedly will flourish in its industry because they mastered the true elements of being a successful business… they put their customers first and demonstrate their loyalty thru their service and dedication to their customers. Oahu Dump Run is the place you would like to call to get your junk removed. They are very reasonable on their price, and so precise, and fast and excellent customer service with a smile. I had scheduled my appointment with them in a period of 24 Hrs and the next day they were at my house, on time and fast to pick up all my junk. I’ll never go to another junk removal business ever again Oahu Dump Run definitely gets more than five stars.
